They work but I wish they were smaller
I've been using this type of little brush rake for years. They really help keep your brushes and combs free of dirt. I used this for the Wet brand brush I have which is made of both plastic and natural fiber. While it worked I found it too big for my comb. He couldn't easily hit small spots. This rake is much larger than any I have used in the past. If you have a very large paddle brush this might be ideal. But for regular travel brushes, these rakes can be a bit too big. They work, but don't penetrate those small spots very well.
