The chair needs more cushioning added to it.
For me the chair was heavy and was not very comfortable.
The massaging heads felt like they were digging into your back there was no cushion. The controls were easy to use.

Massage chair was great for the first month and then randomly the massage chair gets unplugged and it stops working and also the massage balls where giving up slowly and this chair just broke on me sadly I liked it but itβs junk.
