I really enjoyed this lift the first few days I had it.
At first I really liked this lift. It felt sturdy, quiet, and extended the TV just the way we wanted it. The problem is that it has several preset buttons that lose their preset programs. I have a speaker under my TV and at one point I had to stop to keep the speaker from getting stuck. It loses its preset after about a day and then locks up the speaker and locks up the mechanism and I have to hard reset it. It happened day after day, day after day. Then a few days ago we noticed a new problem. The elevator spontaneously went up and down in the middle of the day, night or whatever. It's like he has a phantom controller. Don't buy this junk!
