Easy and quick data import tool with solid support
I like how easy they make integration between different platforms (Salesforce).
They have great customer service team who are always willing help you out when there's any issue or question regarding their product/service! The pricing could be better for some features but overall its good value if compared against other similar products available today such us SalesForce LightningConnector etc.. Also would love more integrations options from 3rd party vendors which can improve our productivity even further by being able connect them easily into CP system without having to go through long process getting approvals first then integrating manually using API keys -_-;.
Pros
- Easy setup
- Good support services
- Great customization capabilities within SFDC orgs.
- Relatively low cost as well with no hidden charges / fees that we don't know about until later down road once it becomes too late =(
Cons
- Not much in terms feature wise compare vs competitors at this point
