Instructions are meaningless. Sometimes it works, but only with a fresh Bluetooth pair. And it only works 1/2 times. Then you will hear a message from the device in Chinese. Example instructions: If the device fails to pair, turn off the device, wait 5 minutes and try again. I have a new phone with the latest Bluetooth version.
