Wonderfully supportive...until it was.
I ordered this model based on the manufacturer's instructions. It was very supportive for the first month or so, but it gradually went away, like the sagging of a collapsed mattress. Just two (!) months after I bought it, it was way too flat for my comfort. Given the cost and the (seemingly crappy) "guarantee" I do not recommend this pillow and will not try any other product from the same manufacturer.
