My best buy for a camera trap

After spending a long time looking at reviews and videos on the internet, I finally bought this camera trap. I am impressed. This is my first camera and I am not disappointed. 24MP lens and can take 5 photos in a row. The response time is 0.1 seconds. Fast enough. You can set it so that the delay between shots is 0 seconds, which is what I did. The setup is pretty easy. Insert 8 AA alkaline or lithium batteries, install an SD card (maximum 128GB). I installed a 64GB memory card. Turn it on, format your SD card and set up your camera. I set 24 megapixels for motion detection with 1 minute of video and 5 photos in a row. The menu has a default setting that everyone seems to have: date/time, time zone, 12 or 24 hour format, etc. This camera has side motion sensors, which I really like. Of course it seems to catch a lot more animals in videos and photos. If desired, you can disable page detectors in the settings menu. You can also set up a loop recording and activate it in a specific time range if required. Oh, and one of the main reasons I bought it is the "No Glow" IR night vision lights. I don't want some two-legged thing seeing the flash and going out at night with my camera. Glue without glow. In my opinion, this is the future of all great security cameras. I set the camera up in a wooded backyard and no one lives around, so many critters come to visit. Mostly at night, but sometimes during the day a flock of turkeys wander into my garden. After the first night I removed the camera and plugged it into my computer. Wow, the first night I got a visit from a big raccoon and two possums. The video is crystal clear, as are the photos of the animals about fifty feet away. I had sound for video but that's the only downside to this camera. The audio is terrible. So keep this in mind if you want to have audio in your video recordings. The audio is muted and sounds like it's recording a gust of wind if you hold the camera in the window while driving down the freeway. In any case, I turned off the sound for all future recordings. Super good camera at a super price.
