Currently, products purchased from Revain seem to be making or missing more. There is no more quality control and this is just another product that meets the "fail" mark. At first glance the lid appeared to be a good product overall, but it was on installation that its true quality was revealed. The lid on the underside of the processor seemed to lift fairly easily with little effort. The side of the screen was horrible, and I can almost guarantee that my new Macbook's screen would undoubtedly end up with a cracked screen if I tried to force it latched as instructed. The problem was that there was a small piece of fastening material at the corners that didn't get a chance to fasten around the bezel. In the end I took a knife at two corners and cut out the mounting hardware. After that it got tight, but not dangerously tight. If you are lucky enough to get it snapped onto your computer I would be very concerned about removing the cover in the future as it seems like an even higher risk of your screen being hacked. The USB-C to USB accessory was broken right out of the box. The silver metal cover that goes over the device has never been connected to the actual main component and just falls off the device. The keyboard protector works, it's quite "sticky" and the keys can be a little painful to press. and move forward with confidence. Overall, this product ranks pretty low on my list of device security items. I would not recommend it to anyone who really wants to protect their investment.
