Perfect for the job
I bought this starter kit to get started cutting vinyl. My main projects for him are patterns for stained glass windows. Oracal 651 does its job very well. I did not receive the 3M installation in the description, but after notifying the seller, he sent it immediately. The vinyl cuts easily and holds strong as I sand the edges of the glass to match the pattern.
