———Updated 11/24/2021———Excellent customer service. They contacted me based on the condition I received the first baskets to see if they could do better. It's nice to see caring sellers. They sent me a replacement and it looks better than the one I originally received. I'm changing my original 2 stars to 4 stars, not only because they care, but because they've done everything they can to make it right. Original: It looks good at first glance. Very basic and strong enough to hold a lot of stuff and a good weight. But since I'm trying to create a country style kitchen it needed to be a bit darker so I painted it, I actually see that in a bad job. Some of the photos show traces of glue everywhere. It was in several parts but I only took pictures of the sides which should be more than enough to give you an idea. Very cute and country style but don't feel comfortable with so many chemical glues touching vegetables or food. I sanded it down and painted the part with a food safe clear coat. Just to calm down. So keep in mind that what you see is what you get, except you may need to take the extra step of covering the coaster with a clear coating to protect your food. I always wash everything I eat before I cook or eat it, but since it's left for a while I just don't feel comfortable. I kept it anyway, but took an extra step.
