As a result of using this product, I found that the quality was subpar and lacking in durability. While the designs looked cool online the actual product felt cheap and flimsy. On the plus side, the customer service was helpful when I contacted them about my disappointment. However, that doesnt make up for the fact that these bracelets are not worth the money .Don't waste your time or money on these bracelets..
