Review on Workbase by Jason Porter

The customer support is one of best i came across at any time. I had all my doubts resolved by their professional assistance within two days itself for free without even asking questions as long it was in regards with work. Nothing more, but nothing less also! No issues faced or seen so far from me since this product got implemented into our organization's system about 3 months ago now which has not once affected us negatively, nor gave an impression either positive/negative towards them (but there still might be). It helps track employees performance in real-time - like if they are getting away off deadlines etc., hence its better than other alternatives out here right?. It's great for keeping track of time, attendance etc in one place so you can easily see who is late or not coming into work at all! I would like it if there was an option where we could set up alerts when certain times are reached but this isn't available as yet which i'm sure will be added soon-ish? If used correctly (and with good management) then its very useful tool - especially now Covid 19 has hit us hard meaning working from home more often than usual!!
