First impressions out of the box is that this is a well made product. The finish and stitching are very good and the hardware appears to be of very good quality. The settings are simple and clear. I particularly like the "curved" aspect of the padded shoulders as it offers a much more anatomical fit as opposed to the straight cut design. The fit was fine for me, but if I was taller or wider the camera sat much higher on the waist than recommended or advertised. Ease of use is very good as the camera easily slides up and down the strap without moving the shoulder pad. Also, the shoulder pad tends to stay in place when moving the camera. The hardware mount is fine. Not particularly crazy having to lose the tripod mounting hole, having to remove part of the mount every time I want to use the tripod, possibly over-tightening/removing the threads out of concern they'll fall out and lose the camera. I especially don't like the idea of buying another accessory to mount the camera on a tripod without removing the BR mount's fixing screw. I bought a strap accessory to use with the BR strap and my Nikon D7100 (fear of rejection) and it will solve this problem but is clumsy. I haven't spent much time with this strap yet as this is my first impression and I'll probably update the review later with a definitive viewpoint.
