When I opened the box for the first time I was a bit disappointed. The machine and the omelette pan are so small! With that in mind, I gave it a try and am impressed! The tray makes an omelette with 2 eggs. Despite my initial doubts, I think the tray will make a great omelet for a small breakfast, especially perfect if you're eating an omelet with toast. Boiled eggs are perfect. I hate boiling eggs, I always overcook or undercook them! I bought it to prepare boiled eggs ahead of time to take with me as a snack on the go and I think it was worth $20!
