Lots of reviews. I just want to refute a review I saw prior to purchasing. I've read more than one review that mentioned that the two parts of the buffer cap screw in the same direction, making it difficult to open one without opening the other. What I noticed is that the first cap (screwed into the bottle and then opened to drink) takes more turns to unscrew than (the second cap with a handle). The second cover can be removed in one turn, while the first cover requires multiple turns. The pitch of the threads and the friction of the threads are different. Both close securely and you can hold the entire bottle by the handle/cap without fear of it falling apart. But the second cover (with a handle) is easier to unscrew. When they both started to separate, I quickly twist the handle counterclockwise to tighten, then twist clockwise and the second top/handle comes off while the first cap/spout is tight. I assume this was done on purpose. . This is genius.
