I ordered another one for my wife for Christmas and it was rubbish. We got this as a Christmas present from a family member and the quality is great! It costs twice as much as the other brand I originally bought, but it's immediately clear that it's worth the extra cost. The very next day we bought a second charger for both sides of the bed. Have had both for 3 months now and use them every night with no problems.
