We use tons of this a year at work. They make great gifts for contractors who don't care about our gear and tend to lose it. They're cheap and work well. They are more comfortable than comparable headset models. If you're looking for something for infrequent use or don't have an issue with yearly replacement, this is perfect. We have issues with our gear leaving when our contractors leave, so buying expensive gear isn't always the best option. For the price, I keep a few backups on hand in case of a mishap. I would say that within 100 days of use we have a bounce rate of around 20%. I have no problem with it and have been buying it for several years. The sound is clear, both when sending and when receiving. Our biggest mistake usually comes from people getting wet on the mic when it's raining outside. They don't seem to mind a little moisture, but when they do get wet they tend to fail. I will continue to buy these for our rental equipment. For our more responsible permanent employees, I choose more pleasant ones. Volume is the biggest difference between these and more expensive devices.
