Ask not to send it in a plain envelope!

I was very disappointed with this belt but it can't be the product. It was part of a larger order but was sent separately in a regular envelope! Despite the extremely thin plastic coating on the strap (thinner than a phone screen cover, I believe), the unlined envelope allowed the strap to be scratched and wrinkled; if it wasn't before. I was disappointed and sent it back so quickly I didn't have time to take a picture.
