These shoes fit my 7 year old son with wide feet so I was very satisfied. It's hard to find shoes/boots that fit him. However, one reason for purchasing these boots was the zipper. I assumed the zipper on the boots would make them easy for a child to put on and take off. And it probably would have been if the flash had worked. One zipper works, one only closes half an inch before binding. That's how they came out of the box. The zipper doesn't stick to anything, it's just broken, which is very frustrating. I would return them but they are needed for sledding and there is no time to order new ones.
