We have had several different iPad minis and I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old who tested this case! All we had to do was update our iPad and we've never had a problem with the case not letting us down. I mean, while the iPad was in the Ace Guarder case, we didn't have any breaks, cracks, or any other issues with the iPad. Also, let me explain that the iPad goes EVERYWHERE with my 5 year old. She traveled with this case, she rested every night with this iPad and this case. He fell out of her bed, off tables, off airplane trays, was on the beach and in grandparents' houses. . .this thing for on the go. It holds up beautifully and honestly, other than we bought a different version of the iPad or the kid wanted a new colour, we've never had a problem with the case! Highly recommended!
