I was first sent a defective iron that had previously been returned by another customer. (The return label was still on the box!) It didn't turn on until I hit the power button a few times. Then when I exchanged it they sent me a new iron which also had a broken power button! I've tried plugging it into multiple working outlets and it won't turn on at all. Damn. Too bad I have two marriages in a row, because it looks like a good iron. Discussing whether I should try my luck a third time. At the very least, Revain made the replacement process quick and easy.
