We have just bought a new home with a pool and I thought it would be great to watch movies and soccer games by the pool with friends and family. I wanted to surprise my husband, who is a total techie, with this, so I did my homework on what features I needed. Luminous flux and resolution came first in the equipment list. I wanted the brightness and image quality to be great as some projectors don't deliver good quality in daylight. I chose this projector and ordered it because it had everything I wanted and the price was right. When we received the package, I gave it to my husband with the words "I made something". He unboxed it, loved it and proceeded with the installation, which was pretty easy and intuitive. On our first trip, we set it up in a sun-drenched dining room and pointed it against the wall. We were immediately amazed by the brightness and image quality. The internal speakers were also surprising and did their job. The next night we set up a screen outside, hooked up external speakers, jumped in the pool, and watched an NFL game replay. It was everything we were looking for. The picture quality was amazing!
