For someone who walks several kilometers as part of their daily exercise and whose partner does strength training every day, I appreciate a good massage and it is very useful. And with work schedules and travel commitments, finding the time to massage each other isn't always easy. Convenience. And is this product really fun! We used it on our feet, shins and shoulders. Wrap sleeves can be too small for big hips and we didn't even try it. The extra heat function is a great addition to the massage function. Wrapped sleeves work the same way as a blood pressure cuff, but the air is pushed into different parts of the sleeve instead of all at once. Basically, it allows pressure to move the sleeve up or down, which is great. They attach easily to arms or legs, are easy to adjust, and the noise from the remote control (which is also an air pump) is very low. In fact, we often use it when watching TV. The pump/remote is about the size of a standard cordless handset and plugs in with a nice long cord. The couplers are easy to connect to the pump and the remote control is very simple and intuitive. In general, the processing quality is very pleasant. Much nicer than I expected. PU leather is very soft and flexible, not stiff or scratchy. The power supply and the air ducts that are attached to the sleeves are nice and long. We highly recommend the Renpho massager and I am considering buying one for my 80 year old father to help him with muscle spasms in his legs as I think it is so simple that he can use it himself.
