This computer (refurbished) came with a quick setup guide which was absolutely UNUSABLE. Nothing worked as described in this guide. Luckily I'm good enough with computers to understand them. It was supposed to ship with Windows 10 (125.00 from their website), but it does NOT. It kept asking for a 25 character "product key" that was nowhere to be found, so NO Windows 10. I have to return it, but there are some free programs that are as good as Windows. Otherwise the device appears to be working as advertised. However, it required a 25-digit code.
