Disappointing Yeti Lunch Bag

I'm really disappointed with this Yeti Lunch Bag. I looked forward to my food staying cold all day. When I first used it it didn't last all day. Next time I prechilled the lunch bag and it worked much better. However, I have found that the bag sweats at the bottom where the ice pack is located. Given the price and the brand, I was expecting a much better performance. I wonder if sweating is a defect. I work in an air-conditioned office, so I know it's colder than "room temperature" inside due to sweating. But sweating is unacceptable.
