I decorated my new room around this ceiling (navy blue walls, wide white moldings, carpet, white satin curtains, light blue curtains, oriental blue and white lamps, etc.). It was beautiful like this, looked like a display case before the first wash. I even followed the washing instructions. I'm 72 years old and I remember well the cotton material we had to live with in the 50's before easy care fabrics existed. This stuff is even worse. It says do not iron and do not dry clean. It came out of the dryer with constantly crumpled folds covering the entire surface and all the filler was crumpled in several piles in the middle and around the edges. There are a few spots where there is no padding at all, just 2 thin pieces of fabric. Now it looks like a very bumpy road in the middle of my once beautiful room. I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase. For this price I expected a lot more.
