Only the microphone was completely broken and I had to send it back. I certainly wouldn't leave it as the Bluetooth technology just makes using this headset useless if you value being able to talk to people while still being able to hear audio from your computer. Windows or Disord or whatever treats any Bluetooth headset like a phone and will force the audio to be semi-muted whenever a communications program is making sounds. yes, not only when someone speaks, but when the PROGRAM makes noises. Therefore, all notification tones drown out Discord/Skype/etc. all your computer noise and make it completely impossible to hear/see/play anything. Until this bluetooth issue is resolved I would recommend this headset or NOT a bluetooth headset as you cannot disable this feature in any settings window. That issue aside, the headset's sound quality is excellent and it's relatively comfortable, although not too small compared to other HyperX headsets.
