45 degree angle, not 90 degree angle. always check before ordering.

I installed this thermostat and housing in the engine bay of my 2002 Infinity I35 for the OEM comparison and you can see that the original has a 90 degree crank joint while this new housing has a 45 degree fit Has. This will never work on my particular motor due to clearance issues. Luckily I saw that before trying to make a replacement. Now I need to initiate a refund and a special order for the correct case.
