I like that DXchange integrates directly with Salesforce so we can easily pull in opportunities/leads/customer info from SFDC into Dynamics 365.
We also use the API for custom integrations and even better! They are constantly improving their product as well - adding new features all the time. It took us awhile to figure out how everything integrated together but it's getting easier now. This was one of our first implementations of a cross channel solution between salespeople and customers (CRM + mobile apps).
