I have been using this brand for 2 years. I first bought it at a beauty store for $2.99 for 2 ounces. I was in love with the price and the product. Definitely not waterproof. Doesn't irritate my eyes as long as you completely remove makeup and also glue. I've noticed my eyes puff out when I relax, but that's possible with everything from Duo to aloe-sensitive eye glue. Your skin needs to breathe. Not a lot is enough, and a 2-ounce bottle should last at least 6 months with daily use. More like 3-4 because there's so much product in it that if you let it go gooey like me, you'll end up pouring a good amount. This time I bought a large bottle and I doubt I'll buy another one before the end of October. I really wish it was waterproof.
