I've had them for a year and 3 months. They survived the usual wet summer and for about a month in May the new season starts. We live off our iced tea and other beverages. This is the best I've found, but it doesn't completely solve the problem. Over time they clog with tea/sugar/juice drips. They can wash and rub, but they seem to become less abortive. Sometimes they even stick to the bottom of the jar. This happened recently and he fell to the ground and collapsed. I think they will loosen up over time if left wet. So I came to the conclusion that they could make a significant improvement by inscribing a few flat groves into the surface. This allows you to survive the suction at the bottom of the jar caused by moisture build-up. A very simple solution. I really hope someone makes it for wet places and solves our big problem.
