I don't often write reviews but this product is so terrible it has become a must have. If I could give this product zero stars I would. First, the collar I received does not match the size chart provided. I ordered a large - according to the size chart pictured in the listing the full length should be 24 inches and should fit a neck between 18.5 and 22.5 inches. The collar I received (despite the size being large and it says measurements on the box) is only 21 inches overall. Obviously one will have to return for that reason alone. But then comes the BEST - there are NO HOLES in the collar to attach the buckle. It's just a whole strip of leather. I'm attaching a photo because I probably wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. I honestly vacillated between utter anger, disbelief, and utter amusement at the absurdity of this discovery. Needless to say, there are serious production/quality control issues here. Not sure what to do with this product but definitely not to be used as a collar. Disappointed and very upset with this epic waste of my time to say the least as I had a hard time finding it. the color of the leather collar is in this size and now i have to search again and i'm quite annoyed as my nearest UPS shop for returns is almost an hour away which makes the return very hassle (but at least it's a free return) . Personally I would recommend that you do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you just don't like collecting fake and fancy products for a fun hobby then this should be for you!
