Review on Acer B247W Bmiprzx Full Monitor 23.8", 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Wide Screen, IPS by Jason Adelaja

The monitor is bulky and heavy for its size compared to other 24-inch monitors I've seen. I'm not even talking about the really thin and light monitors you can buy these days, just the old fashioned monitors. Also, the aspect ratio is 16 x 10 rather than the standard 16 x 9, making it taller and narrower than other 24-inch monitors. I didn't like the aspect ratio in practice when using it. Most programs and interfaces are designed with the popular 16x9 aspect ratio. I found it less attractive and less practical than the 16x9. In addition, they deducted a significant amount ($42) for S&H when returning the item. So be very careful before you order.
