Received this in October for the Minnesota winter which just arrived. The coat is very warm but the zipper keeps getting caught due to the soft material near the zipper. I almost got stuck in it, my neck yanked! I finally glued it! It carries a lot of static. When I take it off, my blouse sticks to me! And because of the static, every villi sticks to it. It's black so you can see a lot. I'll try Static Guard and see if that helps. The zipper had to be replaced or something. I'm afraid I'll get stuck in it again. I don't know if I should send it back.
