The idea is good, but maker should take into consideration that each person is not the same. The foam was too hard.could not leave a hand impression as example pictures show. Also the pillow is too high for a smaller person. My husband can sleep on it just right, however I was the one who needed it. Because if the height my neck is slanted upwards and when I woke up the next morning it was as if I fell asleep on the sofa. Not comfortable. Maybe offer sizes S, M, and L to help determine the height of the pillow. If the foam was softer and the height was a bit lower where my neck would lay where it should, the pillow would have been really nice and I would have kept it. However I am returning it today, let's just hope the return process goes smoothly!Return went smoothly! Not right product for me but not bad business.
