The ability to create reports that are easy to read and understand. I love that it is fully customizable for my business needs. I dislike how many reports are not available in the package, they have to be purchased separately. Make sure you look into all of the features before purchasing as each feature has its own price tag. We are solving our issue with report generation. We are creating and sharing information about our customers with other team members through easily readable and understandable reports.
