Many people who gave bad reviews complained that the bottle wasn't full to the brim Product. True, this is about 2/3 of the product and 1/3 of the air. But that's how foaming detergents work! In order for foam to form, there must be air in the foam dispenser, that's the mechanism! So no, I'm not at all disappointed with how much product is in the bottle because it's the perfect liquid to air ratio to create foam. Other than that, this is one of the gentlest cleansers I've ever used. My face is clean, soft and most importantly not irritated. I saved my clip so if I need to travel with it I just put it back on and throw it in my toiletries. It has no fragrance because it doesn't contain any added fragrance, just a simple foamy cleanser with no unnecessary ingredients. It will probably be my go-to skincare product for a long time to come.
