A little background: We originally got these PIAA silicone blades for our Subaru Forester (2002 Model S), and they included the wiper blade bracket (the part that holds and connects the wiper on hand). That was almost three years ago, and it's only recently that the blades have lost their effectiveness. Now, when I say less efficient, I mean they're probably still better than most other wiper blades, but since using them we've become snobs! The wiper blades fit perfectly, and I already knew what sizes we needed. It was very easy to order the right ones. These wipers are THE BEST. They wipe off water instantly and the silicone coating allows water to drip onto the windshield at speeds over 40 km/h. They also withstand frost and winter conditions much better than traditional blades. We never had any problems with snow or ice. And come on, our old ones lasted THREE YEARS!
