Really charming top. The scalloped edges are very noticeable and give it a twist, giving it a fun look! This is the second dress I've ordered for my granddaughter in less than a month. The first dress I ordered was one of her other versions with a scalloped neckline and it's just as gorgeous. Size for 18 months fits my granddaughter very well. She is quite tall for her age (10 months old) at 23 pounds which is the weight of an 18 month old baby and also very tall for her age so her size chart is pretty accurate. I hope this review encourages you to buy it if you're even considering it.
