This is a great alternative to the traditional Elizabethan collar!

I have ordered both a medium and large for my 11lb chiviny. The medium works best for them. The big one was a little too big and she almost stepped on it. The drawstring at the neck is attached/highly adjustable and works great. I only put a finger down her throat to eat, I didn't over tighten it by tightening it. She seems very comfortable with her. It's like a little pillow to sleep on. She can still drink and eat, but we've blocked the stairs so she doesn't try to climb them in this one. Seems to be working great. She cannot reach the surgical site on her leg and does not seem to care. I highly recommend it!
