I didn't even doubt the authenticity when ordering this product, and after placing the order I was worried that I would receive a counterfeit product. However, everything I've looked for shows that this palette is the real deal. The pigment is as expected. I have used the Urban Decay Primer and the results are long lasting. There were batch numbers on the palette itself and on the brush. The fonts are even and symmetrical. The box arrived wrapped in plastic. The mirror was intact and had a hook for protection. And everything was sealed. My only skepticism stayed with the physical box. The rear looked like an updated version but the quality was still in line with other Urban Decay products I have.
