I would say overall this is a good top tube pannier. It mounts easily, holds a lot of stuff and is easy to use with your phone. Mesh organizer pockets inside are very convenient. It's also solid overall and doesn't move too much when riding or getting on and off the bike. However, it has flaws in the design of the strap for two reasons. First, because the straps don't have a rubber backing, they and the pack itself will scratch your bike's finish over time - other packs have fixed this problem but this manufacturer hasn't. If you don't have a frame foil on your paint, keep that in mind. Second, because the bottom of the pack is flat, it's semi-rigid and doesn't have a bend to shape the top tube a bit, but mainly because the top two Velcro straps open and close in the same direction, the bag does stretch slightly in one direction on bikes with thinner tubes, so you end up aligning them regularly. This problem could be solved by making the case pre-curved and/or shifting the straps in their opening/closing direction, ie one opening from left to right and the other from right to left.
