If you only use one on each breast, you will get a weird shape. I am a B cup, and I'm in my 40s so, I'm not as firm as I used to be. Using only one per breast made my breasts look a bit flat. BUT.if you put 2 on each breast.one to the right, one to the left, you are able to form your breast into a nice, full, supple shape. The trick is to marry them up so that your nipple almost pokes out between where the 2 come together, If you align them just right, one on the left, one on the right so they come together to a point at the top, overlapping, they make your breasts look so perky and round. I even took them off, readjusted and they lasted all night. They come up high on your chest, so they are definitely not for a strapless look.
