Watery and smudges easily.
I love Pacifica products and have used their Aquarian Eye Mascara in the past with good results. This time I wanted to try something different and in this case it was a mistake. This mascara was very watery and difficult to apply without smudging. It also seemed to take a little time to dry. Of course, that didn't correspond to the humidity in our south. After 30 minutes I looked like a tired raccoon. It was so badly smeared and leaking. Stay away if you're already struggling with dark circles β this mascara isn't your friend.
