I ordered this for my Samsung LCD which kept clicking when turned on but never turned on. Everything came as promised. The desoldering pump is plastic, which I knew. I've soldered a little, but never had to solder. I had to replace 4 capacitors. Two went fine with a pump, others had to gently turn the capacitor and heat the solder. It worked! TV turns on and off perfectly. Saved me a few hundred dollars. tips. I took a picture of the board before I unplugged it to make sure I connected it properly when I was done. Before ordering, I disassembled the TV to check the capacitors. 4 had a "dome" tip. Note the capacitance and voltage. It wasn't easy because of other components along the way. I had to use a flashlight, a magnifying glass and my fake glasses. Make sure the negative lead goes into the negative hole (the shorter lead is negative and has a stripe on that side). Take a picture of the top of the area so you know where the minus (band) is when you install new caps. I also sketched a diagram with the capacitor number (written on the board) and the location of the minus (tape). Before installing, think about a strategy to install first, as new caps can get in the way when you do the rest. It's okay, but it got easier. Watch many online videos so you know how to replace them.
