Bait and switch / do not order

Yes. Don't buy this. They are not advertised that way. I ordered a set of 11. The pack says 11 pieces. Only 4 came. The only way to fix this is to pay for the return shipping, wait for a refund and then order again. No thank you. decoy tactics. Not order.
