Review on πŸͺ‘ Safco Products Vue Mesh Extended-Height Chair 3395BL: Ergonomic and Breathable Mid-Back Chair in Black Mesh by Susan Klauder

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very uncomfortable seat (upholstery). Not for table work.

Safco Vue Mesh Chair with Extended Height Overall a great product. Cylinder, base and general construction are fine. Height is as advertised and (6ft 1in for me) the max height is probably higher than most applications require. The chair is stable and does not tip over. Unfortunately, the seat is ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. This is a thin layer of foam. The hard edges of the seat pan cut into your legs. There's a tilt adjustment for rocking back, but it barely tilts and ergonomically doesn't tilt forward for hours of typing. front center of the seat, making it even more uncomfortable for male users. Higher-end chairs will advertise a "waterfall" curve at the front to address these issues. Safco didn't even try with this design. It might be fine for sitting all the way back and having a conversation, but not for typing or writing at a table. There was a slight improvement, but the edges cut into the ground by you can't be ignored. The only way to sit and type in this chair for any length of time, or lean over a desk, is to use an extra cushion, which is silly as the cushions move and change the chair's natural height adjustment. a great, economical, ergonomic fit for tall people or users with elevated or adjustable desk heights when Safco would add just a few inches more premium seat foam.
