Many years ago I bought another scanner that did NOT work. I was nervous, but it worked out great. It quickly scans and saves any negative or slide to a destination file of your choosing. In less than a month, I've used this product to scan and rename nearly 5,000 slides and negatives from 20 to 45 years ago. It takes a little while as each negative strip (up to 6 images) or slide holder (up to 4 slides at a time) needs to be loaded into the cassette and inserted into the scanner, but it worked great in the end!
