Update - would put zero if possible. I've had them for 6 weeks now (to see if they break) and they are just awful. I solved the mole healing problem but then I got blisters on my big toes. I ordered shoes from another manufacturer. So disappointed in Nike. I'd rather just flush the money down the toilet (my legs are killing me). The previous version of this shoe was much better. This model is very stiff and the insole fabric is slightly raised and thicker than the side fabric. It rubs and causes blisters. Unfortunately I wore mine down three times trying to break them so I doubt they can be returned.
