BUYER ALERT: Royal Kludge technical support no longer exists

Royal Kludge no longer has an official website. The website with the URL "rkgaming" is a physical manufacturer only (which they emailed me about when I tried to get help) and cannot help customers with questions about the software. To make matters worse, you can't find a link to download the software for that particular keyboard anywhere other than on this Revain page. Down the rabbit hole it seems the official RK website just doesn't exist anymore. CONS: -> Even with the correct software loaded, you cannot manually change the color of the side/bottom bar to a specific color code, although you can change the color below the buttons to any color on the color wheel. I really don't understand why this isn't possible at all and even trying to ask this in Revain's questions section left me alone as the seller himself responded with something that seemed poorly translated and avoided the question. It's a bit of a scam overall, but it still irks me a lot and makes me feel uneasy about my future with this keyboard - if something happens that causes it to malfunction, will anyone help me? -> Since this type of keyboard has a glowing sidebar, the keys are higher up, making it a bit more demanding on your wrists - you can't rest your wrists while typing unless you have a palm rest. Personally, I still think that the aesthetics are worth it - in general, this is a small minus. -> The standard black keys don't seem to let in much light. I think probably because the font is really small. It's still there, but not as bright as I hope. :( Luckily I had some spare keys from my old, different brand keyboard to replace them with. -> Only a scam if you hate gray as much as I do; the cable is grey, lol. In the pictures it looks white off the way i was it was a bit disappointed but yes PROS:->Setting the color or mode you want is SUPER easy even without downloading the software. You can even change the intensity of the color without software!->The software is also very easy to use! And you can change the colors of INDIVIDUAL KEYS! I created a gradient on my keys. It didn't take long as you can select multiple keys at once to customize their colors in the software. The software allows you can also adjust the animation speed and such.->Keys are very easy to replace! And I was so glad to know that this keyboard is compatible with almost every other RGB keyboard keys you've ever come across to have. tracked on the internet. The key removal tool is definitely cheap and weird at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's no problem. -> In general, the keyboard makes an incredibly durable impression. I'm not afraid to accidentally drop it and it just explodes like my old lmfao keyboard. The keycaps are also really high quality and seem to be durable. -> First time I buy general brown keys: brown keys are excellent; as good as blue imo in terms of usability in stressful high-speed gaming and WPM tests, but much less cold CLANG CLANG CLANG-y in terms of metallic sound, more of a warm plastic sound. I don't know if CLANG-y-ness was just an issue with my old keyboard or in general, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. Per. On the plus side, this is a great keyboard for the price. I have absolutely no regrets.
